Make Up
The look: A glowing complexion and rosy cheeks.
Begin by applying a coat of liquid foundation (Dermalogica Treatment Foundation) to your skin in a matching tone. Set with a light dusting of face powder (Urban Decay Surreal Skin Universal Mineral Powder) or sheer finish loose powder. Smear a peachy blush (NARS Blush in Amour) on the apples of your cheeks, sweeping up along your hairline. Rub a shimmery nude eyeshadow (MAC Eyeshadow in Rice Paper) over your eyelids, in the corners of your eyes, and below your bottom lash line. Apply a thin line of black eyeliner (Physicians Formula Eye Definer Flat Automatic Eyeliner Pencil) on your top eyelids. Curl eyelashes and apply two coats of black mascara (Kanebo 38°C Mascara in Black) to top and bottom lash lines. Part your hair on the left side and straighten it in layers. Let your bangs hang loose. Gather and twist the rest of your hair into a low bun, forming a loose knot, just below your ear on the right side of your head. Secure your hair with bobby pins and set everything with hairspray.
