What Emma Wore

At this event Emma wore all black with a touch of purple and brown. She wore a black dress, black jacket, black tights, her black Chanel watch, a ring along with a purple scarf and brown lace up boots. You can recreate this look with any color scheme yo wish, but if you want to stay with Emma's style, go with black.

Dress Guide

The Dress You want to find a knee-length black dress that is very flowy and sort-of see through at the bottom. Emma had a crew-neck neckline on her dress but you can get whatever you are most comfortable with.

The Jacket Emma seems to be wearing a black fleece-like jacket. It is short and goes down to her hips. It doesn't seem to have any buttons but you can just find the same length and style jacket.

The Shoes Emma wore a pair of All Saints boots to add a grungy edge to her outfit. For boots you want to find a nice brown lace up boot that goes almost to your knee. If you can find a distressed looking leather that would be great but its not totally necessary.

The Accessories Emma paired her clothes with a purple scarf, her carpet-material bag, Chanel watch, black tights and a simple ring. All should be easy enough to find, except perhaps the carpet bag. If need be you can ask someone to knit you a purple scarf.

Make Up
The look: Bold red lips.
Begin by applying a coat of powder foundation (Urban Decay Surreal Skin Universal Mineral Powder) to your skin in a matching tone. Dust a rose-colored blush (NARS Blush in Torrid) on the apples of your cheeks, sweeping up along your hairline. Rub a shimmery nude eyeshadow (MAC Eyeshadow in Rice Paper) all over your eyelids and in the inner corners of your eyes. Curl eyelashes and apply two coats of black mascara (Kanebo 38°C Mascara in Black) to your top lashes. Line your lips with deep red lip liner (Chanel Crayon Lèvres Precision Lip Definer in Rouge) and finish by applying a coat of creamy lipstick (Chanel Rouge Allure Luminous Satin Lip Color in Lover).

The hairstyle: A no-mess ponytail.
One of the easiest hairstyles in the book! If necessary, start off by straightening your hair in layers; keep in mind that this look is just as doable with curly or wavy locks. Pull your hair into a high ponytail, letting your bangs hang loose, and secure with an elastic band. Set everything with hairspray.
