What Emma Wore

As she did at many events the summer of 2007, Emma wore a Chanel dress to the Hand, Foot and Wand Ceremony when she, Daniel and Rupert were immortalized on the Walk of Fame. She paired the dress with a Chanel necklace, simple heart earrings and snakeskin flats. This outfit is perfect for a plethora of events!

Dress Guide

The Dress As stated above Emma wore a black tweed dress by Chanel. When looking for a dress you want to of course look for tweed, and you want the skirt to look separate from the top of the dress. It is more important to have the separation than tweed, so if you can't find both together thats fine. Emma's dress had tank top sleeves and a crew neck; it also had a bit of frayed detailing around the arm holes of the dress.

The Shoes Emma wore simple black snakeskin flats to this event. Her flats also had a strap going over the top of her foot and were pointed at the front. You can get any texture you want on your shoes, but make sure there is some texture going on to get the same feel as Emma's outfit.

The Accessories Emma wore a long Chanel layered necklace to this event along with simple gold heart stud earrings, gold bracelet, purple stone ring, and a her Christian Dior 'au' ring. When looking for your necklace you want to find a gold necklace with a bunch of different size and colored beads; i.e. orange, gold, white, black.

Hair & Make-Up Guide

Make Up
The look:   Silvery eyes accentuated by a shiny berry mouth.
Start by applying a light coat of foundation (Urban Decay Surreal Skin Makeup) to your skin in a matching tone. Set with a light dusting of face powder (Urban Decay Surreal Skin Universal Mineral Powder) or sheer finish loose powder. Rub a silver cream eyeshadow (Stila All Over Shimmer Eyes in White) all around the eyes. Curl eyelashes and apply two coats of black mascara (Maybelline XXL Volume and Length Washable Microfiber Mascara). Apply a thin line of black eyeliner (Urban Decay Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero/Black) to your top and bottom lids. Finish with a swipe of icy pink lipgloss (Stila IT Gloss in Enticing/Light Pink). <

Hair
The hairstyle:   Dirty blonde locks pulled into a bun.
Straighten your hair and part it on the side. Using a brush, pull your hair to the back of your head. Secure the topmost layers. Curl the underlayers with a large curling iron for the volume that Emma has, then pin under the top layers. Tuck the stray strands behind your ears. Set everything with hairspray if needed.
