Times Online 2004 Photoshoot

For this photoshoot, in which Emma's mother participated, she wore jeans, Hollywould flats and a very fun sequined shirt. Her shirt is a short sleeved sweatshirt with a bow and sequin embellishments. This might be easier to just DIY (Do It Yourself) but you can also search for similar style tops. I have found a variety of tops to showcase what you can use. The jeans and flats are pretty simple to find.
