The Dress Emma's dress is somewhat similar to a one shoulder bow dress. These are rather easy to find, and are very simplistic. Emma's is two straps but only one is VERY visible.

The Shoes These Chenel pumps were a mus with this gorgerous outfit. Fins a very strapy heel with a gladiator type look but doesn't go over the ankle. You want them very strappy but not to take of you whole leg.

The Accessories The Earrings are simple. Emma work some black studs. You can mis match as you like from silver balls to rhinestones or what ever. Just keep them from getting to flashy. For the sweater just get a simple plain cardigan. You can find these any where. Emma Also sported her infamous Chanel Watch. You can chose what ever what you want, but keep it simple and not too flashy.
